monday morning re-focus on tuesday...

Last week went pretty well.  Although I didn't lose weight, I did hold steady.  Although I measured everything, I found that I was pushing my band a bit beyond it's limits.  Also, I was running a fever yesterday and today I am TIGHT!!!  So, my focus this week:

  1. Drink water!!! (minimum 64 oz)
  2. Stick to liquids/shakes for Breakfast & Lunch--trying to calm down the tightness.
  3. Put my fork down in between bites and... 
  4. Chew!Chew!Chew!

Great list of items to refocus on. How's that water intake going? It's tough, but worth it. :)
