Last week went pretty well. Although I didn't lose weight, I did hold steady. Although I measured everything, I found that I was pushing my band a bit beyond it's limits. Also, I was running a fever yesterday and today I am TIGHT!!! So, my focus this week:
- Drink water!!! (minimum 64 oz)
- Stick to liquids/shakes for Breakfast & Lunch--trying to calm down the tightness.
- Put my fork down in between bites and...
- Chew!Chew!Chew!

Great list of items to refocus on. How's that water intake going? It's tough, but worth it. :)
That chew, chew, chew thing is something I need to focus on too!
