Detox Week #2:

This week we get to add seafood, beans (& lentils) & organic soy.  We "cheated" and started last night with broiled salmon & lentil salad.  Seriously...salmon has never tasted so good!  I added smoked salmon & a little bit of dill to the leftover lentils for a cold lentil salad to go with lunch.


I've also discovered that 1/2 avocado and 3oz. smoked tofu make a very filling & satisfying b'fast.  I might stick with that combo for a while.
