hello breakfast!

I ate breakfast this morning!!! Y'all don't know what an amazing accomplishment that was. Usually, I don't even try to eat anything until after 10am and even then I often PB--usually on a pureed yogurt/fruit smoothie!  This morning I had 1/2-cup cottage cheese and 1-cup cantaloupe.  And it went down just fine!  And I am full!

So happy today!!!
