my fitness pal

As part of my 3-month doctor supervised weight loss program, I am required to keep a food journal (big surprise). True to my partially OCD nature, I spent hours upon hours creating a Excel template for this. Yesterday, I discovered myfitnesspal.com. Now I am spending hours upon hours transferring the info from my Excel template into this online journal. Once I'm all set up, I think it will really save some time. I can also keep track of my exercise and water consumption. When it's time for my weigh-in next week, I just click and print. Viola!
