doc says all is good w/ my band!!!
Saw my doc yesterday...x-rays look fine! He put back in 3cc (took out 4cc on Jan. 1). I will see him again in 6 weeks. I'm feeling good, but scared to get on the scale. The last few days have been atrocious in the eating department! I think I'll just wait until next week when I've been eating (and drinking) properly again.

Sometimes it's just better to focus on the getting back in the swing. Just give yourself some time to play by the rules before you worry about winning the game.
