potato chips...ice cream (2 pints today so far)...pretty much anything else that I can get down my pie-hole (except pie, that is). I'm scared to get on the scale. I don't know what's going on with me. Fingers crossed that I'll figure it out before I do too much damage.

Ugh. I hate those days. I hope it passes quickly.
I completely understand. I'm totally a binge-er. I binged the whole month of December. I finally got my act together this past and started tracking my food again. It does help.

I think it is our bodies fighting back. You are at the cusp of a loss but your body is saying no. See if you can switch to non-sliders and bulk up. or low call things that help you feel full. Popcorn saves my backside quite often as does a good ice filled protein smoothy instead of the ice cream.
Of course it is easy to say from this side..cause I just ate my m and m's :) Good luck!!

I hope this stress passes quickly for you. And that there is no more ice cream in your fridge :p don't be too hard on yourself though, I now that usually leads me to more binging. Try to let it go and move on from it.

How is your fill level? On the 25th you were still assesing? Are you relying on sliders?
