Back to Basics (the beginning)...

So, looks like we're posting our challenge weigh-ins on the blogs.  Here's mine:


That's right, folks!  A new lowest low!  I think this bodes well for me in the karma department.


I would really love to be down to 185 by Chicago.  That means averaging 1.5 lb loss each week.  It's doable, but it's not gonna do itself.  Possible motivation to start using that gym membership?????
