Apparently, I drank an entire days worth of calories last night--in the form of eggnog (sans alcohol). Did you know the stuff has 200 calories for just 1/2 cup?!?!?! Yep, if you do the math you'll see that I drank 3 cups of the stuff equalling 1200 calories. Oy!--no wonder Santa has a big belly!

I tried it ones years and years ago and did not like it...but..in light of my new vow to try everything new..I should try it again.

I don't think that I've ever tried it, 400 cals for a cup is crazy!
I learned this last week! No wonder it's so darned good!
