my new hat...

I visited with Jenny from Hungry Girl's Diary.  She took me shopping in Olde Town and to an incredible little soup and sandwich place for lunch.  It seems that I am in the habit of buying hats when I shop with fellow bandsters (I got one in Portland while shopping with Tina, too).  We had so much fun!

You guys look cute with your thin faces! I read your posts about changing practices. I think that your medical group should be one of your strongest support networks for you to succeed...you are doing the right thing by switching. I love our practice...they treat me like I'm human-with a lot of respect and kindness...that has made the ups and downs a lot more palatable. Because of my group I also discovered that I had a pre existing thyroid condition that had been overlooked by so many of my other doctors. They have taught me what to expect in medical care. Good luck!

I like your Foodie blogs...weight loss does not mean diminishing the quality of your food.
