Just went to the grocery store...hungry. BIG mistake. Wound up buying chocolate chip cookie dough and eating some in the car on the way home. So, by way of trying to make myself feel better about this episode, I have come up with the following pro/con list:
Pro:
- I didn't eat as much as I would have a year ago--only 2 squares (<100 calories according to the package).
- The rest went in the garbage can as soon as I got home.
- It wasn't as good as I remember, so I probably won't be doing that again.
Con:
- It was cookie dough
- Now I feeling nauseated (which, could actually be a "pro" if it keeps me from doing this again).

Seriously - sounds so delish right now...but I'm glad you kept the serving small and threw the rest away. That's moderation at its finest.

two is a really great number!! You will feel better once you can eat real food again I bet..and way better when more pounds start falling off.
