I know it's technically Monday, but I'm doing my Sunday Night Re-Focus ala "Maria of the Velvet-y Voice."
This week's focus:
- Walk 1-2 miles EVERY day.
- Measure everything (I've been eye-balling it up to now).
- Drink 64+ oz water.
- Morning & Evening house-keeping routines (when my house is in order it's easier to keep my mind in order).
