it looks delicious!! Where did you find the duck to buy even? I don't think I have seen it in the meat counter. My favorite duck story was also at a little French Bistro in Seattle..it just melted in my mouth!
Regarding your last post..I WISH I was loose when traveling!! Damn tights--New York was quite the adventure from one toilet to the next. I would take the returning home tights for sure.
