Monday Morning Re-Focus...

Here's a review of last week's refocus:

  1. Walk 1-2 miles EVERY day.
  2. Measure everything (I've been eye-balling it up to now).
  3. Drink 64+ oz water.
  4. Morning & Evening house-keeping routines (when my house is in order it's easier to keep my mind in order).
I made progress on all of the goals, but I lost a little bit of focus toward the end of the week.  Nonetheless, you'll notice that my weight loss ticker went down! So, this week I'm keeping the same goals...hoping for 7/7 this time!

In other news, this is going to be a busy week!  
  • We're having some pine trees removed from our front yard tomorrow (a couple of them are only staying up because they are leaning on some power lines).  
  • We're having our carpets & upholstery cleaned on Thursday.  
  • New carpet in the basement is coming on Friday.
  • Somewhere in all of this we're having the water pipes in the crawlspace wrapped with insulation and a few other projects finished around the house:  new porch lights, repairing shutters, extra outlets in the kitchen, more insulation in the basement, storm door (with doggie door) for the back porch, etc.
  • An old friend of Darrell's (and a new friend of mine) is visiting Tues/Wed.
And, most importantly...
  • I'm getting face-time with Amanda tomorrow!!!

freaking hell lady I was reading your list and I was no where to be found in it and then BAM there I am all huge! I am excited!

Find me something to do! I will help with the basement! I'll take down a tree!
